Go to the Service page, click&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAdd Service\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;or edit the existing one, and in the Service Details tab you will see the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cSet recurring appointment\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>option. By default&nbsp;<strong>\u201cDisabled\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;is chosen in the selectbox. Besides \u201cDisabled\u201d you will have four more options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-fd00a1a0-bda3-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-fd000560-bda3-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><strong>\u201cAll\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 this option allows your customers to choose one of all recurring options: daily, weekly, and monthly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-fd005380-bda3-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><strong>\u201cDaily\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 if you select this option customers will only have the option to set up a daily appointment recurrence. Customers can choose whether the appointment will repeat every day, every 2 days, every 3 days, etc., and also choose the date until the appointment will repeat or to choose the number of repeatings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-fd013de0-bda3-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-10-at-16.09.02.png\" alt=\"Daily Recurring Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" title=\"Daily Recurring Amelia WordPress booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-fd0312a0-bda3-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-fd020130-bda3-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><strong>\u201cWeekly\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 if you select just the weekly option, customers will be able to set up a weekly recurrence. Customers will have an option to set up the repeating to be every week, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, etc., and also be able to choose multiple days in the week when the appointment will repeat. Same as for all recurrence types, customers will be able to set up the date until the appointment will repeat or choose the number of times for repeating.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover gutenify-section-0d88cf20-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\" style=\"border-radius:1em;min-height:93px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-nv-light-bg-background-color has-background-dim-100 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-cover-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-text-color has-link-color gutenify-section-15ec54c0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-elements-7b70372f709c85de5c0d3be1831c9258\">Please note: Unavailable dates set in employee\u2019s working hours will be disabled and customer will be able to choose only repeating for days when the service is provided.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-326e26f0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-10-at-16.26.05.png\" alt=\"Weekly recurring Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" title=\"Weekly recurring Amelia WordPress Booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-326f1150-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-326ec330-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><strong>\u201cMonthly\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 if you select monthly repeating customers will be able to set monthly recurrence. Customers will have similar options as for the other recurrence types, the only difference here is that customers will be able to choose whether the appointment will repeat on the same specific date or on the same day in the first second, third, fourth, or last week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-326fd4a0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-10-at-16.38.50.png\" alt=\"Monthly recurring Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" title=\"Monthly recurring Amelia WordPress Booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-327049d0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">Once the Recurring option is enabled two new options will appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-32746880-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-327308f0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cHandle unavailable recurring dates\u201d \u2013 where you can choose the action that will be done if one of the dates is unavailable. You have three options here:\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-327293c0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-3270e610-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cRecommend the closest date after\u201d \u2013 in the case when the date is unavailable the plugin will recommend the closest date after that date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-32718250-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cRecommend the closest date before\u201d \u2013 same as the above just the plugin will recommend the closest date before.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-3271f780-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cRecommend the closest date before or after\u201d \u2013 the plugin will recommend the closest date before or after that date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-cover gutenify-section-5fd7abc0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\" style=\"border-radius:1em;min-height:78px;aspect-ratio:unset;\"><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-nv-light-bg-background-color has-background-dim-100 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-cover-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-text-color has-link-color gutenify-section-64f79f20-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-elements-9a8f656b41a8526e31177a49cd72e6db\">Please note: If the same date has available time slots before or after the chosen time slot the plugin will recommend the closest time slot at the same date no matter which option you have chosen here.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-8eae2e10-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-8ead91d0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cHandle recurring appointment payments\u201d with two options:\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-8eac8060-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-8eab47e0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cCustomers will have to pay only for the first appointment\u201d \u2013 where price calculation will be shown for all appointments but the customer will need to pay only for the first one.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-8eabe420-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cCustomers will have to pay for all appointments at once\u201d \u2013 where customers will need to pay for all recurring appointments at once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-8eaf3f80-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-10-at-14.39.58.png\" alt=\"Recurring Appointments Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" title=\"Recurring Appointments Amelia WordPress Booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eafdbc0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">In the picture above the default set of options is shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-8eb16260-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8 wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-8eb07800-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cDaily\u201d \u2013 with this option customers will be able to set daily recurrence (every day, 2 days, 3 days, 4 days, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-8eb0ed30-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">\u201cWeekly\u201d \u2013 with this option customers will be able to set weekly recurrence (every week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, etc.) and to choose several days in the week when the appointment will repeat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-8eb1d790-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">Setting up a recurring list in the notifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eb24cc0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">In order to send the list of recurring appointments in your notifications, you need to copy and paste the&nbsp;<strong>%recurring_appointments_details%<\/strong>&nbsp;placeholder to the notifications. Once you do that go to the Settings page, open Appointments Settings, and you will see the option \u201cRecurring placeholders\u201d. By default in this field, you will have just&nbsp;<strong>%appointment_date_time%<\/strong>&nbsp;placeholder which means that the list of recurring appointments will be sent just with the date and time of each appointment. If you want some additional data to be sent in the list, all you need to do is to copy the placeholders from the notification page here and the list of recurring appointments will be sent with those data.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-8eb33720-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-11.49.21.png\" alt=\"Recurring Placeholders Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" title=\"Recurring Placeholders Amelia WordPress Booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-8eb3fa70-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">Booking the recurring appointments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eb496b0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">Once you set up everything above your service will now get an option for customers to schedule recurring bookings. Once a customer chooses the service and proceeds to the calendar with available dates the recurring option will be available.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized gutenify-section-8eb532f0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-12.46.02.png\" alt=\"Recurring front-end option Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" style=\"width:539px;height:auto\" title=\"Recurring front-end option Amelia WordPress booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eb5cf30-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">The customer needs to choose the date and time slot and then enable the \u201cRepeat this appointment\u201d option before he clicks \u201cContinue\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eb66b70-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">If the \u201cRepeat this appointment\u201d option is enabled the customer will see another step in the booking form to set up recurrence (this step is shown above in the part where service settings are explained for each type of recurrence).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eb6e0a0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">After the customer chooses recurrence and proceed to the next step the list of recurring appointments will be shown with an option to edit or delete each of the recurring appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized gutenify-section-8eb77ce0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-12.47.42.png\" alt=\"Recurring list Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" style=\"width:455px;height:auto\" title=\"Recurring list Amelia WordPress booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eb81920-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">If some appointment isn\u2019t available the adjusted time will be set and the whole appointment will be marked so the customer can know if he wants to change it or delete it.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized gutenify-section-8eb90380-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/Screen-Shot-2020-06-12-at-12.54.14.png\" alt=\"Adjusted Recurring Wellness Unity Hub Bookings\" style=\"width:454px;height:auto\" title=\"Adjusted Recurring Amelia WordPress booking plugin\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-8eb9c6d0-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">Using coupons with recurring appointments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8eba8a20-bda4-11ee-9952-536087a8f0c8\">Using coupons for recurring appointments will be possible based on the settings that you set on the coupon side. If you set a large coupon limit and don\u2019t set a limit for each customer, your customers will be able to use coupons for all recurring appointments no matter if they are paying just the first one or all of them.
