In the Customer Panel, customers can manage their personal details without logging into the WordPress backend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-8e03ce30-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\"><strong>Allow customers to delete their profile<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8e044360-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">By enabling this option, you can follow GDPR rules. Note that by default, the option is disabled, which means that customers will not be able to delete their profile information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8e046a70-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">If you enable it, the customers will see the&nbsp;<strong>Delete<\/strong>&nbsp;button on their profile, and they will be able to delete their personal information by clicking on it. That will not remove their appointments, but it will delete all their personal data from your database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8e04b890-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">The customer\u2019s profile will still be visible to the admin and manager because of the scheduled appointments, but instead of the Customer\u2019s personal information, the Customer ID will be shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8e0506b0-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Since Amelia does not store any data from your customers in compliance with GDPR, by adding the Delete button to the Customer Panel, customers\u2019 data will be deleted from your database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-8e063f30-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">To enter the customer\u2019s profile details click on the arrow beside the customer\u2019s email and choose&nbsp;<strong>\u201cMy Profile\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-9d58abd0-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Paying from the Customer Panel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-9d592100-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Once you enable the \u201cAllow payment via Payment Link\u201d option in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/configuring-payments\/\">Payment Settings<\/a>&nbsp;(after you\u2019ve added at least one online payment option), appointments that have been booked from the back-end (or from the Employee Panel) will have the \u201cPay Now\u201d button next to them, as shown in the screenshot above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-9d596f20-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">If you have multiple payment methods enabled (for example, PayPal and Stripe), when a customer clicks on the \u201cPay Now\u201d button, a dropdown list of payment methods that they can choose from will appear. In case you have only one payment method (for example, WooCommerce, which can\u2019t be combined with other payment methods), your customers will see only that option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-9d59e450-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Once the payment has been processed, payment will be updated on the Finance page, and automatically changed to the \u201c<strong>Paid<\/strong>\u201d status.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-9d5a3270-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">The Time Zone Option<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-9d5b9200-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Customers can choose their own time zone, or any time zone they want, in which they will see the times of their booked appointments and events in the customer panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-a5011ed0-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Managing Package Appointments through the Customer Panel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-a502a570-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Customers can also manage their packages through the Customer Panel. If they have booked a package, a content block on top of the appointments list will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-ab36ef00-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">ontent that is shown is the expiration date of the package and how many appointments are left to be booked. By clicking on a specific package, your customers will have the option to see detailed information about booked appointments, book the ones that have not been booked, pay the package if it was booked for the customer from the back-end, or cancel the whole package.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-ab3875a0-bdad-11ee-97b1-c785a658823e\">Customers can also reschedule their appointments from packages on the Appointments tab, and in addition to this, they can also select an employee from the panel, by choosing the one from the dropdown list above the calendar, when they try to book another appointment as a part of the package.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Front-end Customer Panel allows you to offer your customers an easy way to track, reschedule and\/or cancel their appointments and events.
