You can have\u00a0<strong>one or several locations<\/strong>, depending on the type of services you offer. If you have just one location, you have two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-eec824f0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-eec788b0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">You can add it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-eec7d6d0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">You can leave this page empty without any locations, and this option will disappear from other pages and also from your front-end website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eec87310-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">If you decide to add it, it will be automatically added to all your employees because it is the only one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eec8c130-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">You need to know that&nbsp;<strong>location is connected to the employees<\/strong>, so if you have more than one location, this option will become mandatory to select in the employee modal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-eec8e840-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\" id=\"managing-location\">Managing a single Location<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eec98480-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">Now, let\u2019s see how you can\u00a0<strong>add your first location<\/strong>. Go to the \u201cLocations\u201d page, click on the \u201cAdd Location\u201d button, and like with other Wellness Unity entities, the\u00a0<strong>\u201c<\/strong>New Location\u201d\u00a0modal will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eec9d2a0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">It is required to enter the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cName\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAddress\u201d<\/strong>, other parameters are optional. When you enter the \u201cAddress\u201d you will see options to choose from, if it is one of them, choose it and you will see your map changing.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-eeca95f0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Selection_040.png\" alt=\"Location Name and Address\" title=\"Amelia WordPress - Location Name and Address\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eecae410-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">If you don\u2019t see your desired location after entering the \u201cAddress\u201d, under the map you will see a \u201cThis is not the right address?\u201d button. Click on it and you will see new options to enter: \u201cLatitude\u201d and \u201cLongitude\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-eecb3230-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Selection_041.png\" alt=\"Location Right Address\" title=\"Amelia WordPress - Location Right Address\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eecb8050-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">Besides these options, you can add a\u00a0picture to your location, choose a \u201cPin Icon\u201d, put a \u201cPhone\u201d number and \u201cDescription\u201d. After you have entered all, click on the\u00a0<strong>\u201cSave\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button, the dialog will close and the location will appear on the \u201cLocations\u201d page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-neve-link-hover-color-color has-nv-light-bg-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color gutenify-section-eecbf580-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea wp-elements-eb0ac922a0f91f2c3b2b450a6dd25350\">Please note: If you provide services online or go to customers\u2019 address but you also provide services on some location, so you need to create a location for each of them, just choose some existing address so you can create the location. The address is not visible on the front-end booking forms and customers will only see the name of the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading gutenify-section-eecc43a0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\" id=\"working-with-location\">Working with Locations list and search page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eecc91c0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">On the \u201cLocations\u201d&nbsp;page, you will see&nbsp;<strong>searching<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>sorting&nbsp;<\/strong>options. These options are provided for companies with businesses spread across numerous locations. If your company has multiple locations, you can easily search and sort through the offices, if for example, you want to make changes to one of them. You can&nbsp;<strong>search by a location name<\/strong>&nbsp;and a&nbsp;<strong>location address<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>filter by service,<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>sort by name<\/strong>, and in the header of the page, you can always see the&nbsp;<strong>total number of locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized gutenify-section-eecd06f0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Selection_042.png\" alt=\" Locations Page\" style=\"width:983px;height:auto\" title=\"Amelia WordPress - Locations Page\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eecd5510-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">Like on the other pages, you can also duplicate, hide or delete locations. Just open the location you would like to change and in the bottom left corner of the dialog, you will see the options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eecd7c20-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">You can use the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cDuplicate\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;button when you want to make a&nbsp;copy of an already created location. When creating a duplicate it is best to assign a different name to it, so that you and your customers can differentiate it from the initial one.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-eecdca40-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Selection_043.png\" alt=\"Duplicate Location\" title=\"Amelia WordPress - Duplicate Location\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eece1860-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\"><strong>The \u201cHide\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;option is good to use when you need to disable a certain location for a period of time, but you don\u2019t want to delete it, as you may need it later. Just know that once you hide the location, all employees and services connected with that location will be hidden, on the frontend booking forms of your website and also in your dialog on the back-end of the plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter gutenify-section-eece6680-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Selection_044.png\" alt=\"Hide Location\" title=\"Amelia WordPress - Hide Location\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"gutenify-section-eeceb4a0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">You can use the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cDelete\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;option when you need to permanently delete the location. Once you click on the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cDelete\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;button you will see one of two different messages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"gutenify-section-eed03b40-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-eecf50e0-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">If your location doesn\u2019t have connected employees and services, you will see a simple message for confirmation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"gutenify-section-eecfc610-bdad-11ee-8ba7-7185cddc1cea\">If your location has connected employees and services, you will see a notice about how many services are connected to the location and whether you are sure you want to delete it.
