You can add as many fields as you need. The \u201cText Content\u201d, \u201cCheckbox\u201d, and \u201cRadio Buttons\u201d custom fields support HTML so you can add links to them (for example, if you want to add a hyperlink that\u2019ll lead the customers to your \u201cTerms & Conditions\u201d page, before clicking on \u201cI agree\u201d). In the \u201cText Content\u201d field, you can add pictures, change colors, etc. to customize the text better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To add the custom fields, click on\u00a0Unity Bookings\/Custom Fields<\/strong>\u00a0WordPress menu on the left-hand side. Click the\u00a0\u201cAdd Custom Fields\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button and choose one of the field types, or use the\u00a0\u201c+\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0button at the bottom right of the page to add it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please Note:\u00a0<\/strong>In order for the\u00a0Address\u00a0<\/strong>custom field to work correctly please add the Google Map API Key in General Settings of Unity Booking Settings page. Otherwise, the field will work just as a simple text field.<\/p>\n\n\n After you add a field you will see these options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once you\u2019ve finished setting up the custom fields, refresh your booking form and the fields will become visible to you and your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n After your customers enter additional information in the fields and book an appointment or event that information will be saved in the appointment\/event and you can see it in several ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n If at a later time you want to change some field or delete it, don\u2019t worry. The customers\u2019 information collected before the change will stay in the scheduled appointments, and the change will only affect new appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Please note: New services and events will not be added automatically to the custom fields if the custom field is set to show on all <\/strong>services and\/or events.
