If you decide to add it, it will be automatically added to all your employees because it is the only one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You need to know that location is connected to the employees<\/strong>, so if you have more than one location, this option will become mandatory to select in the employee modal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Managing a single Location<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Now, let\u2019s see how you can add your first location<\/strong>. Go to the \u201cLocations\u201d page, click on the \u201cAdd Location\u201d button, and like with other Wellness Unity entities, the \u201c<\/strong>New Location\u201d modal will appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is required to enter the \u201cName\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cAddress\u201d<\/strong>, other parameters are optional. When you enter the \u201cAddress\u201d you will see options to choose from, if it is one of them, choose it and you will see your map changing.<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nIf you don\u2019t see your desired location after entering the \u201cAddress\u201d, under the map you will see a \u201cThis is not the right address?\u201d button. Click on it and you will see new options to enter: \u201cLatitude\u201d and \u201cLongitude\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\nBesides these options, you can add a picture to your location, choose a \u201cPin Icon\u201d, put a \u201cPhone\u201d number and \u201cDescription\u201d. After you have entered all, click on the \u201cSave\u201d<\/strong> button, the dialog will close and the location will appear on the \u201cLocations\u201d page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Please note: If you provide services online or go to customers\u2019 address but you also provide services on some location, so you need to create a location for each of them, just choose some existing address so you can create the location. The address is not visible on the front-end booking forms and customers will only see the name of the location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Working with Locations list and search page<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
On the \u201cLocations\u201d page, you will see searching<\/strong> and sorting <\/strong>options. These options are provided for companies with businesses spread across numerous locations. If your company has multiple locations, you can easily search and sort through the offices, if for example, you want to make changes to one of them. You can search by a location name<\/strong> and a location address<\/strong>, filter by service,<\/strong> and sort by name<\/strong>, and in the header of the page, you can always see the total number of locations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
