To specify the number of records that are to be displayed at one time, select the required number in the\u00a0\u201cDefault items per page\u201d\u00a0in the\u00a0\u201cGeneral Settings\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"payments\">Payments for appointments and events are stored on the same screen and you\u2019ll be able to see what the payment is for in the \u201cService\/Event\u201d column. Since the events have the option for assigning multiple employees, in the \u201cEmployee\u201d column you can see multiple employees assigned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With the&nbsp;<strong>filters<\/strong>&nbsp;that appear&nbsp;at the top of the page, you can&nbsp;<strong>narrow the results by common characteristics<\/strong>&nbsp;such as date, customer, employee, service, status, or&nbsp;event.&nbsp;The date filter is predefined by the period of seven days starting from the current date but you can change to some other period and the plugin will remember this in all date filters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/finance-filters.png\" alt=\"finance-filters\" title=\"finance-filters\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The date filter shows the transactions based on the date when they were made. For example, if a customer booked an appointment on February 2nd, 2023, but their appointment is booked for August 3rd, 2023, you\u2019ll need to select February 2023 in order to see this transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your payments can be&nbsp;<strong>exported to a CSV file<\/strong>&nbsp;for reporting. At the top right of the \u201cPayments\u201d page and next to the filters, just tap the \u201cExport\u201d button. Clicking on the \u201cExport\u201d button opens a dialog that allows you to choose the delimiter used for CSV and to select the columns you\u2019d like to export. When you are ready, tap on the \u201cExport\u201d button in the dialog to download the CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The payments table provides\u00a0<strong>information about the payments<\/strong>\u00a0such as the payment date, customer\/attendee, employee, service\/event, and status. You can\u00a0<strong>expand a payment (row)<\/strong>\u00a0by clicking on it. An expanded record shows the information about the appointment or event date, payment method, and the amount paid for the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/transaction-details.png\" alt=\"transaction-details\" style=\"width:923px;height:auto\" title=\"transaction-details\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Payments passed through online payment methods (<strong>PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, RazorPay, or WooCommerce)&nbsp;<\/strong>automatically have a \u201c<strong>Paid<\/strong>\u201d or \u201c<strong>Partially Paid<\/strong>\u201c<strong>&nbsp;status.<\/strong>&nbsp;For a payment using an&nbsp;<strong>\u201cOn-site\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;method, the payment status and paid amount&nbsp;<strong>have to be updated manually<\/strong>. Click the \u201cDetails\u201d button to open the details dialog for the chosen payment. Here you can see the detailed information for the individual payment, change the payment data, refund, or delete the payment. By clicking on the \u201cPen\u201d icon in the dialog footer, a small dialog will appear from where you can&nbsp;<strong>update the paid amount<\/strong>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<strong>payment status<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/transaction-info.png\" alt=\"transaction-info\" style=\"width:322px;height:auto\" title=\"transaction-info\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Using the \u201c<strong>Refund<\/strong>\u201d button at the bottom of the \u201cDetails\u201d window, you can initiate a refund that will be processed through the online payment provider used to pay for the appointment\/event.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/finances-refund.png\" alt=\"finances-refund\" style=\"width:306px;height:auto\" title=\"finances-refund\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Once you click it, Wellness Unity will ask you to confirm this action:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/refund-confirmation.png\" alt=\"refund-confirmation\" title=\"refund-confirmation\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>After the refund has been completed, the status of the transaction will change to \u201cRefunded\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/order-status.png\" alt=\"order-status\" title=\"order-status\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><strong><br>Please note:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The&nbsp;<strong>Refund<\/strong>&nbsp;feature is included only in&nbsp;<strong>Pro&nbsp;<\/strong>and&nbsp;<strong>Elite<\/strong>&nbsp;license plans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When using\u00a0<strong>Mollie<\/strong>\u00a0as a payment gateway, payments collected via payment links through emails or the customer panel\u00a0<strong>cannot<\/strong>\u00a0be refunded through Wellness Unity because it is not possible to collect the transaction ID from Mollie once payments are processed through the \u201cPayment via Link\u201d option.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can easily&nbsp;<strong>delete multiple payments<\/strong>&nbsp;by checking those you want to delete. A dialog box will appear in the table footer when you check at least one payment you want to delete. Once you are certain that you want to delete the records click the \u201cTrash\u201d icon and then the \u201cDelete\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/finance-delete-transaction.png\" alt=\"finance-delete-transaction\" style=\"width:1004px;height:auto\" title=\"finance-delete-transaction\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coupons<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:&nbsp;<\/strong>The prerequisite for configuring coupons is to enable the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cCoupons\u201d option<\/strong>&nbsp;in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/configuring-payments\/\">\u201cPayments Settings\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you enable the\u00a0<strong>\u201cCoupons\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0option in Wellness Unity\u2019s Payment Settings, the\u00a0<strong>Coupons<\/strong>\u00a0tab will show up on Wellness Unity\u2019s \u201cFinance\u201d page. It allows you to create promotional coupons to reduce the prices of appointments, events, or packages by a percentage or a fixed amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can use&nbsp;<strong>filters<\/strong>&nbsp;to display&nbsp;<strong>specific records<\/strong>&nbsp;for a coupon code and the services, events, or packages for which customers can apply coupons. Coupons can be&nbsp;<strong>exported to a CSV file<\/strong>&nbsp;by clicking on the \u201cExport\u201d button. Clicking on the \u201cExport\u201d icon button opens a dialog allowing you to choose the delimiter used for CSV and select the columns that you\u2019d like to export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Selection_093.png\" alt=\"Amelia WordPress - Filter Coupons\" title=\"Amelia WordPress - Filter Coupons\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>Coupons<\/strong>&nbsp;table shows information about the coupon code, percentage off, fixed amount off (deduction), service(s), package(s), and\/or event(s) where the coupon can be applied, usage limit, how many times the coupon was used, and the expiration date of the coupon.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/coupons.png\" alt=\"coupons\" style=\"width:1122px;height:auto\" title=\"coupons\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>To&nbsp;<strong>create a new coupon<\/strong>&nbsp;simply click on the \u201c+ New Coupon\u201d button located at the top of the page. After opening a dialog you need to provide the \u201ccode\u201d for your coupon (coupon name that customers will enter to get a discount), \u201cdiscount\u201d (expressed in percentage), \u201cdeduction\u201d (reduced amount of selected&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/configuring-payments\/#currency\">\u201cCurrency\u201d<\/a>&nbsp;setting in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/configuring-payments\/\">\u201cPayments Settings\u201d<\/a>), the usage limit, the usage limit per customer, the expiration date of the coupon, and select the Service(s), Package(s), and\/or Event(s) the coupon is valid on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several options for the automatic sending of coupons, so you will also see the tab called \u201cNotifications\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the \u201cNotifications\u201d tab you can now set \u201cNotification interval\u201d and define after how many scheduled appointments, packages, or events the customer will receive the coupon code in the notification automatically. Also, you can enable the option \u201cRecurring notification\u201d if you want to send this code again in case the customer didn\u2019t use the code for a discount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you are done entering the coupon information, simply click on the \u201cSave\u201d button and the newly created coupon will appear together with other coupons in the list. Once you create a coupon, customers can enter the coupon code on the \u201cConfirm Booking\u201d modal to reduce the price of their appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In order for the coupon code to be sent, you need to paste the coupon code placeholder into the notification template (found in the\u00a0<strong>&lt;\/&gt;Email Templates<\/strong>\u00a0menu in\u00a0<strong>Wellness Unity<\/strong>\/<strong>Notifications<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the customer used the coupon code, it will not be sent again in the notification even though you have enabled the recurring option<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The coupon code will be sent after the customer schedules&nbsp;<strong>X<\/strong>&nbsp;number of the same appointments (with the same services)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As for the events, the coupon code will be sent after the attendee books an&nbsp;<strong>X<\/strong>&nbsp;number of different events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/new_coupon.png\" alt=\"new_coupon\" style=\"width:349px;height:auto\" title=\"new_coupon\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>To&nbsp;<strong>edit an existing coupon,<\/strong>&nbsp;click on the \u201cEdit\u201d button to the right of the coupon you want to change. Clicking on the \u201cEdit\u201d button will open an edit dialog that allows you to update the data in&nbsp;existing coupons. From the dialog, you can also&nbsp;<strong>duplicate<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>hide<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>delete<\/strong>&nbsp;a selected coupon by choosing one of the actions in the dialog footer.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpamelia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/edit_coupon.png\" alt=\"edit_coupon\" style=\"width:288px;height:auto\" title=\"edit_coupon\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>You can&nbsp;<strong>delete multiple coupons<\/strong>&nbsp;at the same time by checking the coupons you want to delete.
