Settings in this block define the global rules on working hours, breaks, and days off at the company level. These settings will serve as a template for all employees added at a later time. Note that each employee can have a personal schedule that may override the Company schedule. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working Hours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This option allows you to set company-wide working hours and breaks<\/strong>. If you want to set the same hours for every day, simply set the first day and click on the \u201cApply to All Days\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please note that changes in global working hours will not be applied to previously created employees since they already have a unique schedule. Instead, those changes will be applied to all new employees that you create afterward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Days Off<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Days Off setting allows you to set one or multiple days off that apply to the whole company. Click on the \u201cAdd Day Off\u201d button, enter the \u201cDay Off name\u201d, select one or a range of days, and check if you want these days to be repeated yearly. Since repeating days off and one-time days off are colored differently you can differentiate between them easily.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you configure the Work Hours<\/strong> through the Working Hours & Days Off <\/strong>setting on Settings page, these work hours will only apply to newly created employees<\/strong>, not existing employees. If you want to modify the schedule of existing employees, you will need to modify their Work Hours<\/strong> when you edit the employee\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
