There are two ways you can configure the schedule in your bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. You can configure general working hours for the whole company in the \u201cWorking hours & Days off<\/a>\u201d setting on the Settings page.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Individually set the working hours and services schedule, and add Days<\/strong> off<\/strong> and Special<\/strong> Days<\/strong> for each employee.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you configure the Work Hours<\/strong> through the Working Hours & Days Off <\/strong>setting on the Settings page, these work hours will only apply to newly created employees<\/strong>, not existing employees. If you want to modify the schedule of existing employees, you will need to modify their Work Hours<\/strong> when you edit the employee\u2019s profile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If your employees are all supposed to have the same work hours, we recommend that you first configure the company\u2019s Work Hours and then start creating employees.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    When you access the Employee<\/strong> profile, you will see three tabs related to the schedule \u2013 Work Hours<\/strong>, Special Days<\/strong>, and Days Off<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Work Hours<\/strong> \u2013 This is where you set custom working hours and breaks for any employee if his working hours and breaks differ from the ones set in the company\u2019s global settings. You can choose different working hours and breaks for any day of the week. If you would like to set the same schedule for the entire week, simply configure Monday\u2019s schedule and then click the \u201cApply to All Days<\/em>\u201d button \u2013 this way the Monday schedule will be copied to all the other days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It is also possible to add multiple periods during the day and set a different set of services<\/em> for each period. This way you can create a flexible service schedule for your employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On the right side of each period, you will see an option for selecting the services. You can select one, two, or more services, and those selected services will be provided by your employee just in that period. So, for example, you can set the \u201cCardio training\u201d service from 10 pm to 12 pm, and the \u201cYoga class\u201d from 7 pm to 8 pm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Please note:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If your employee should work on all Assigned Services<\/strong>, you should not select any services in the \u201cServices\u201d drop-down menu of the Work Hours<\/strong> tab since the booking system will automatically use all services the employee is assigned to in that work period. If you select all services and add a new service later, the employee will not<\/strong> automatically be assigned to this new service.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Additionally, it is possible to define multiple locations<\/strong> or separate locations<\/em> for each employee\u2019s working period as well. In the employee\u2019s details you still need to set a single default location, so, if your employee works on only one location, just define it in the \u201cDetails\u201d<\/strong> tab, and you won\u2019t have to set it in the work hours for each period \u2013 the default location will be automatically assigned to all periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, if you have one employee<\/em> working on multiple locations<\/em>, you can choose one or more locations for each time period that you create. This way, the same employee can be booked for specific services at certain hours at one location, and then provide the same or different services at a different location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If you add multiple locations in the employee\u2019s Work Hours, once a location is selected when booking, all other locations will be blocked at this time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Please note: <\/strong>If your locations are physically separated, keep in mind that your employees will need time to get from one location to another, so it may be necessary to add buffer times for your services in order to make it possible for employees to get from one appointment to another.<\/p>\n\n\n
