Mango Tours presents: A Spanish Immersion & Adventure Retreat in Puerto Vallarta
November 7-14, 2025
w/Betsy Lombard & Deanna Figueira
Join us in a beautiful villa in Puerto Vallarta, México, for a week of learning Spanish (group & private classes), adventures, delicious food, relaxation & exploration.
Puerto Vallarta is a beautiful and safe coastal city in the state of Jalisco, México, and one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country.

What you can expect:
November just happens to be the best month in Vallarta as the hot & humid summer and fall weather will have ended, leaving the city and surrounding areas lush and green with rushing rivers and fully flowing waterfalls. November also is before the peak tourist season and before the (relatively) cool weather of winter months.
If you are a snorkeler, it is the best month for clear water as well.
The villa is located overlooking the Rio Cuale with river and mountain views from both the living room area and the third floor terrace. There are four rooms in the villa so the first four to register will be able to stay at the villa and others will stay in a nearby hotel or villa. Three rooms are double occupancy (one bed) with the master suite having a second bed. It is conveniently located in the area known as the Romantic Zone or Old Town, the beautiful historic part of the city, filled with restaurants featuring live music, markets, galleries, and the malecón.
Relaxing at the villa is part of this retreat with lounge chairs for sunbathing by the pool.
Chef Ramón will be preparing breakfast for us daily (except one day when we will go to a gorgeous riverside café), plus three dinners. The other nights and lunches will be an opportunity to experience some of the delicious food that Vallarta offers.
There will be daily Spanish classes with *Betsy Lombard plus a private class with a local teacher and opportunities for you to try out your Spanish with locals.
The adventures & experiences, all of which are optional, include stand up paddling with dolphins, a salsa dance class plus opportunities for social dancing, a boat trip to a nearby pueblo for a beach day and optional waterfall hike, snorkeling, markets, sampling pajarete (a truly local experience of visiting the goat man who will fill your cup with fresh milk straight from his goats and add chocolate, coffee, and tequila!), yoga classes, a Zumba class, massage, & gorgeous sunsets.
Prices:
$2,450 dbl occupancy
$2,950 sgl occupancy
